• BM-X FACTOR to take place in June, during BIKE-WEEK - in the build-up to Glastonbury's Tour of Britain event - we are organising a competition to find budding young (and old) local BMX, Scooter, Skating and Cycling talent to show-off their skills on the 15th September - keep watching for details!
• TOUR OF BRITAIN STAGE 5 COMES TO GLASTONBURY!!!! how exciting is this - its just been confirmed that the 5th stage of the Tour of Britain is finishing in Glastonbury on Wednesday 15th September 2010 - as well as a whole host of the worlds top professional riders, a certain BRADLEY WIGGINS will also be competeing too! Please watch this space for news on the build-up and also details on how you can get involved.
• FREE-WHEELERS (Glastonbury Cycle Club's new name) NEXT RIDE - Sunday 23rd May 2010 - meeting at The 100 Monkeys @ 10am (if its dry) - riding out on the levels, probably to Wells & back
• iCycles2Work - to be launched by the end of April 2010

• We are currently looking to organise a number of local "cycle-surgery" events - held in the local villages near Glastonbury - bringing our bicycle-services closer to more people.

•BHF SOMERSET LEVELS BICYCLE RIDE 2010 - Sunday 6th June 2010 @ 9am @ Glastonbury Football Club 27/54 miles - a massive success
• Cycle-Surgery #2 at Butleigh School - completed and many thanks for the bicycles
• CYCLE SURGERY -28th April 2010 - Baltonsborough School - the kids managed to build a bicycle, from a box of bits and also identify and fix two punctures in about 1 hour - great fun!
• CYCLE SURGERY - Saturday 13th March 2010 @ 9am - Baltonsborough - a resounding success and lots of funb too - thanks to all who made it
• iCycles appointed the official service provider for the British Heart Foundation Somerset Levels 2010 Bicycle Ride on Sunday 6th June 2010!
• FREE CYCLE SURGERY - Tuesday 16th February @ 11am - GLASTONBURY Skate Park
• FREE CYCLE SURGERY - Thursday 18th February @ 11am - STREET Skate Park
• We became a fully-authorised and official UK Campagnolo Service, Parts and Repair Center.
• In December We also helped "Claire and Roger" from Devon during their loooooong (and cold) cycle ride to London and appeared in the local paper for "The Ice Bear Project".
• At the beginning of December we launched our website.
• November 2009 - iCycles was established.
